Hello everyone! Happy Memorial Day to everyone in the United States. I want to take a moment to acknowledge the sacrifice of the brave men and women who gave their lives to defend my country. I do not have the courage to do what these brave souls do every day. Thank you for your service.

Last week, I talked about how I am shifting to one POV. This means that I need to rework parts of my outline before I can proceed with the rest of draft three. Right now, I am still working on Act 2. I am planning to do a little more work on Act 2 today and hopefully get most of it done tomorrow since it will be a quiet day at home.

The interesting challenge of switching to one POV is figuring out how to reveal certain nuggets of information. Before, when I had my second POV, I could convey information that way. Now I have to be more clever in how I go about revealing exposition.

This is going to be a short post because I want to get some writing in before I enjoy time with family today. I hope you are all doing well on your writing projects.

Until next time, kill your darlings, slay your dragons, and keep writing.
